Camera Stream Sharing

Sometimes you may have a request for camera footage that exceeds the 1 hour timeframe for clipping. This can make acquiring footage and sharing files that large difficult. Not anymore, with the new stream sharing feature you can share camera streams with someone outside of your organization with ease. The following steps will allow you to share a camera stream.

1. Go to the video tab in the Savi platform and select the location you need to share.
2. In the upper right corner select the share icon. 
3. Select "Share New" in the upper right
4. Fill in the appropriate information. (Live footage is just the live stream while playback is previous days footage)
      -Password Protected allows you to set a password that the recipient must enter to view the streams.
5. Select which ever camera or cameras you would like them to have access too.

Once you click "Save" the recipient will receive an email or sms based on the email or phone number entered. This message will contain the information for them to start viewing the streams.
