For customers using the Hik Video Management software, please search for Hik-Connect in your mobile devices app store.
Once the app is downloaded to your mobile device, open it and create a user (if you haven't already).
When you have completed the set up and a user has been created, please email your Customer Success Manager with the email and phone number you used to set up the account. They will then share the surveillance system with you.
Once the system has been shared with you, log in to the Hik app and you should see a request notification to accept the shared system. Accept and you will then have mobile remote access to view your camera system.
